We rent beach vacation condos located in the oceanfront buildings pictured above as well as townhouses downtown by the Boardwalk. All have renovated kitchens with new cabinets, granite countertops, and brand new appliances. All units have central air, washers and dryers, free Wifi and keyless entry. And all are furnished with fresh sheets and towels with every rental.

All of our properties are available for rental starting any day of the week through Seaside Vacations, winner of the Vacation Rental Management Company of the year award in 2023. Rentals are subject to a 3 night minimum stay. With Seaside, the only required charges are for the rent, taxes, and a reasonable cleaning fee. Not having booking fees, service fees and other items added to the price can lower the final cost by hundreds of dollars.
